AI Disclosure
Music created from your brief, with clear limits on what AI can promise.
Version 2026-10-03-draft-2 ยท reviewed 3 October 2026. These are proposed policies, not an active contract. Seller details, effective dates and marked business decisions must be confirmed before launch.
Generation and provenance
The planned music provider is Google Lyria. Google describes Lyria-generated tracks as carrying an imperceptible SynthID watermark. Preserve provenance information supplied with the finished output. This prototype does not generate new customer audio.
Similarity and authorship
AI may produce familiar-sounding elements or similar outputs for different requests. There is no guarantee of exclusivity or copyrightability. In the US, purely AI-generated expression does not receive human-authorship copyright protection; qualifying human contributions may. Other countries may differ.
Platform handling
Platforms may apply their own AI labels, licensing rules or monetization restrictions. Wishly cannot promise acceptance on any platform. The personal-use license does not permit streaming distribution or monetized uploads.
Review and screening โ proposed workflow
Production should review names, pronunciation, facts, file integrity, abusive content and obvious resemblance concerns before release. Human checks cannot certify that no similarity exists. An automated music-fingerprint screening vendor has not been selected and is not claimed to be active. Rights concerns must be escalated before release.
Your role
Share only material you have permission to use and choose genres or moods rather than imitating named artists. See Terms, Song License and Copyright & IP Policy.
