Who can use the gift
The purchaser and their designated gift recipient may listen privately, keep the supplied downloads and use them for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Naming a recipient is the permitted gifting use; it does not allow resale or unrestricted sublicensing.
Personal sharing
You may send the private gift link to your intended recipient and share the permitted finished gift on your own non-commercial personal social accounts, subject to platform rules, privacy permissions and rights in any supplied photos or lyrics. This does not authorize a monetized channel, advertisement, paid promotion or brand campaign.
Restrictions
No resale, standalone redistribution, sublicensing beyond the designated gift recipient, streaming-distributor uploads, monetization, commercial/public business use or use of the song/files for AI training. Do not claim a real artist performed it or remove provenance/watermarking. Separate written permission is needed for any additional use.
Copyright and exclusivity
No copyright ownership, exclusive rights or promise of registrability is transferred. AI-generated elements may not be protectable in some jurisdictions. This license concerns Wishly’s service and any rights it can validly grant; it does not create copyright in unprotectable material or remove rights you already hold in human-authored contributions. Similar songs or elements may exist.
Downloads and private-link access
A license is distinct from ownership. The package must state download availability, link expiry/revocation and access terms before purchase. Do not imply permanent hosted access unless the service can deliver it. A supplied download may be kept for the authorized personal use, subject to lawful restrictions.

Ask Customer Support about permission, platform issues or access problems. Mandatory consumer rights and the Refund Policy still apply.
