Copyright & IP Policy
A clear route for reports, responses and repeat-infringer review.
Version 2026-10-03-draft-2 · reviewed 3 October 2026. These are proposed policies, not an active contract. Seller details, effective dates and marked business decisions must be confirmed before launch.
Report a concern
Provide the specific song/project link or order reference, identify the work and your authority, and contact the designated copyright contact on Seller & Contact Details. The designated agent’s name, address, email and phone must be completed and published before relying on that process. This prototype cannot send reports.
DMCA notice contents
A notice should identify the copyrighted work and disputed material, provide sufficient location and contact information, include an authorized signature, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and state accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. Do not send unrelated private memories or account passwords.
Review and removal
The live service must promptly review qualifying notices, remove or disable affected access where required, notify the submitting customer appropriately and preserve necessary evidence. Receipt of a report does not itself establish infringement.
Counter-notices
A person whose material was removed may provide the required signature, identification of the removed material and prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith mistake or misidentification, their name/address/phone, and the statutory jurisdiction/service-of-process consent. Counter-notice handling, forwarding and any restoration must follow the applicable legal process and timing; it requires a trained reviewer.
Repeat infringement
The production policy must reasonably implement repeat-infringer termination and account review, including appropriate evidence and lawful exceptions. Customers must not re-upload removed infringing material to evade review.
Agent registration — pending
No US Copyright Office agent registration has been claimed or completed by this prototype. Registration, publication, renewal and all other safe-harbour conditions require separate operational work and legal assessment. Registration alone does not guarantee protection.
