Delivery Policy
When production starts, how progress is communicated and how the finished digital gift arrives.

Estimate before payment
The active delivery estimate is shown with the selected package and again in the final order summary. Production begins after payment is verified and required story details are complete.
Digital delivery
The sender receives the finished song in their account and by the confirmed email address. Recipient delivery uses the private link and schedule selected by the sender.
Production updates
Order history shows received, in production, review needed and ready states. Material delays require a clear update with the revised estimate and available next step.
Customer action required
Unusable uploads or questions about your story may pause the estimate. Wishly will explain what is needed and resume production after the customer responds.
Access and downloads
The order page shows which files are included, how long the private link remains active and any download limits before the gift is sent.
Delivery problems
If an email or private link does not arrive or work, contact support from the order so access can be checked without exposing the gift publicly.
